Xacalli Kitchen - 2024 Spring Menu

Xacalli is a farm-to-table Mexican Restaurant that highlights regional Mexican cuisine in the historic mining town of Silverado, in Orange County, CA.

In 2021, Chef Vincent teamed with Mimi Vy Nguyen to develop and open Xacalli in Silverado Canyon. His high standards ultimately garnered him a 2020 Michelin Guide New Discoveries for CHAAK and a 2019 Michelin Bib Gourmand for Gabbi’s. In 2020, Chef Vincent left to pursue his personal goals.

Xacalli Kitchen has been the restaurant where I’ve been able to practice and hone my skills as a photographer. When these images came together, I was shocked at the composition compare to what I worked on exactly one year ago at the same restaurant. In these photos, I see what I would like to improve on for my next photo session.
